Insights Discovery

Insights Discovery is a personality assessment and development tool designed to enhance self-awareness and improve interpersonal relationships, particularly in a workplace or team setting. It is based on the psychological theories of Carl Jung and focuses on four colour energies, each representing a different personality type:

Cool Blue: Analytical and detail-oriented.

Fiery Red: Assertive and results-oriented.

Sunshine Yellow: Energetic and enthusiastic.

Earth Green: Empathetic and relationship-focused.

Individuals who take the Insights Discovery assessment receive a personalised profile that highlights their primary and secondary colour energies, providing insights into their communication styles, preferences, strengths, and potential areas for development. This information can be used for personal and professional development, team building, conflict resolution, and improving collaboration within organisations. Insights Discovery workshops and coaching sessions are often used to help individuals and teams better understand and apply this knowledge in their work and personal lives.

Additional Chapters

Your Insights Discovery personal profile takes shape through a 25-frame online questionnaire and commences with the Foundation chapter.

This initial chapter provides a detailed description of your personal style, strengths, weaknesses, your value to a team, communication style, potential blind spots, opposite type, and suggestions for personal development.

But the Insights Discovery personal profile goes beyond this starting point. It offers additional chapters tailored to meet the needs of your team or leadership, including:

Management 

The chapter on Management outlines how an individual can approach leading others, their preferences for being managed, and the type of work environment that best suits their success.

Personal Achievement 

The chapter on Personal Achievement delves into diverse aspects, encompassing learning styles, creativity, and strategies for surmounting potential obstacles that may impede one's progress. It also outlines more effective behaviours to help individuals attain their personal goals and aspirations.

Selling 

The chapter on Effective Selling helps individuals grasp how they can adjust their behavioural style to effectively handle crucial client relationships and develop their skills.

Interview

The Chapter on Interviewing, individuals receive thought-provoking questions customised to their personality preferences. These questions are skill fully designed to foster self-awareness and can serve as a valuable aid in advancing one's career.

The Step-By-Step Process

Step 1

The recipient will be sent a link to the Insights Discovery online evaluator, which comprises 25 frames and 100 statements, typically requiring approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Step 2

The recipient can engage in the introductory team workshop focused on Personal Effectiveness and or coaching sessions. These activities aim to challenge existing mindsets, improve self-awareness, and introduce the Insights Discovery profile.

Step 3

The recipient can harness the profile's narrative, charts, and graphs for a more profound understanding of their behaviour and to explore pathways for behavioural change, either with the assistance of a coach or through peer coaching in a workshop environment.

Step 4

Afterward, the recipient integrates their freshly acquired knowledge into their workplace activities, and the assessment of their application is conducted either during an accountability workshop or during the coaching session.
